Shipping:
All orders placed before 3:00 p.m. PST will be shipped that day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship on the following Monday. No shipments will be sent on the following holidays Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, & Thanksgiving Day and the day after Thanksgiving.

Return Policy:
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. No sale is final. Items are accepted for credit or exchange if returned in saleable condition within 30 days of the original sale. A BioRx Labs representative must first authorize all returns. Returns may be sent to our Customer Service Center. Upon return, you will receive a confirmation of the return and your account will be credited. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
